Advanced Printing Options
The Bpanda release from May 16 2019 includes advanced printing options. Previously it was only possible to print process diagrams (as PDF), but now there is the option of printing all process details. The details are divided into various sections (description, process owners etc.) meaning that you can select which elements you wish to print. This means you can now print precisely the process information relevant to your work. Whether you don’t have access to a digital workspace so need to print processes and descriptions or whether constraints require you to print your processes (as PDF) to archive them, the keywords here are obligation of proof. Documents will be printed with your company logo, in line with your company CI.
Clearer User Drop-Down Lists
User drop-down lists when assigning roles and permissions within processes have now been give a new and improved design. The list of people is now structured in a super clear way making it easy to select the right person. The improved search mechanism also makes it easy for you to find the right users or user groups. Improved usability can be seen both on the desktop and also through responsive use of Bpanda.
Overview of Review Status and History
The process details now include the Reviews element. Process owners and review participants can find all the information about previous and current reviews here. This summary helps you to keep an overview of the status of each review.
