Bpanda uses a named user license model. i.e. every person who wants to see and use content needs their own license. There are no floating licenses.
No, there is a minimum of 10 licenses. You can find further breakdowns on our website.
There is a 12 month minimum contract period. Your contract then automatically extends to another 12 months. The cancellation period is 3 months before the end of the contract.
Yes, you can increase your number of licenses at any time: think big – start small! You can also decrease license volume once the minimum contract period has expired.
No, there are no implementation costs. However, if you require connection to Microsoft Entra ID (previously known as Azure Active Directory), then the outlay will be charged at cost.
Bpanda uses a role-based rights system. Depending on the model, users can be assigned to different roles with different permissions.
Yes, Bpanda supports SSO (Single Sign-On). This allows you to log in conveniently and securely with your existing company access data – without an additional password for Bpanda. Integration takes place via common standards and is set up individually for your company.
Yes, you can also add people from outside of your organization within your licensed volume.
