    Digitally Design and Link Your Enterprise Architecture

    This workshop shows you how to systematically document your company’s key architecture elements in Bpanda and link them to your processes. This creates transparency and makes it easier to analyze and manage your company structures. It teaches you the basics about the analytics available in Bpanda’s architecture dashboard. The workshop is exclusively available to Bpanda customers and provides the ideal basis for a well-connected, digital enterprise architecture.

    What you can expect from the workshop

    This workshop will give you a hands-on introduction to documenting and managing your enterprise architecture in Bpanda. You’ll learn how to create and maintain architecture elements, map relationships between elements and seamlessly link your processes with your architecture. Your trainer will guide you step by step so you can directly apply everything you’ve learned to the enterprise architecture in your own process space.

    Structure & Method

    You’ll kick things off with a clear overview of the architecture settings in Bpanda. In the interactive part, you’ll work live with the trainer on your own enterprise architecture, creating and publishing drafts, then connecting architecture elements with processes. Step-by-step, you’ll explore and get going with dependencies, relationships and reporting features directly within the Bpanda system. And of course, you can ask any questions you may have at any time.

    Bpanda training is for all users, teams and stakeholders who use Bpanda in their company – regardless of whether you’re a beginner or an experienced user; for BPM Managers, Process Designers and Process Users alike.

    Trainings are only available for existing Bpanda customers. If you’re not using Bpanda yet, you can test our web-based software for collaborative process management right now. Your trial account is free and automatically runs out after 30 days.

    You can book your desired course, workshop or coaching directly through your Customer Success Manager. Together, you’ll decide which training best supports you and your company. If you’re not sure who your CS Manager is, then simply contact the Customer Success Team at wecare@mid.de. One of our BPM experts will be in touch with you ASAP.

    Yes! All courses, workshops and coaching options can be carried out online. But you can also have an onsite session, either here in Nuremberg or at your company – just let us know which you’d prefer!

    Yes! Our workshops and coaching sessions are perfect for that. Bring your own use case and our BPM coaches will support you with tailored advice.

    Most of our training options don’t require any special background knowledge. For more advanced courses or workshops, it helps to be familiar with the basics. You’ll find all the details in the course descriptions.

    That depends on the format: Courses usually last 4–6 hours; workshops are often shorter and more compact. Coaching sessions are fully flexible and scheduled based on your needs

    Most trainings are available in both English and German . Some material may only be available in German.

    Prices vary depending on the number of participants and are calculated individually. Your Customer Success Manager will be happy to provide a personal quote.
