    This course will teach you how to model business processes directly in Bpanda using BPMN 2.0. Work on real-life scenarios with the trainer to discover the most important features and best practices for your digital process work. The course is exclusively available to Bpanda customers and lays the foundation for efficient and collaborative process management within your company.

    What you can expect from the course

    This course will teach you the basics of business process modeling with BPMN 2.0 directly in Bpanda. Work together with the trainer to find out how BPMN works in the context of process management and model your first business processes using common scenarios. You will learn concrete best practices and work through various training scenarios you can directly implement.

    At the end of the course, you will have a comprehensive basis for process modeling with BPMN 2.0 in Bpanda.

    • Assign BPMN 2.0 in the context of business process management
    • Recognize, identify and apply basic BPMN elements
    • Model and visualize business processes in Bpanda
    • Practice using example scenarios (incident, recruiting etc.)
    • Apply best practices in process modeling
    • Use collaborative Bpanda functions

    Structure & Method

    The course kicks off with an introduction to business processes and BPMN notation. This is then followed by the practical part, where you will create your first models in Bpanda. Various practice scenarios and real-life company examples ensure practical application. You will then work through best practices and get individual feedback about your process models.

    Bpanda training is for all users, teams and stakeholders who use Bpanda in their company – regardless of whether you’re a beginner or an experienced user; for BPM Managers, Process Designers and Process Users alike.

    Trainings are only available for existing Bpanda customers. If you’re not using Bpanda yet, you can test our web-based software for collaborative process management right now. Your trial account is free and automatically runs out after 30 days.

    You can book your desired course, workshop or coaching directly through your Customer Success Manager. Together, you’ll decide which training best supports you and your company. If you’re not sure who your CS Manager is, then simply contact the Customer Success Team at wecare@mid.de. One of our BPM experts will be in touch with you ASAP.

    Yes! All courses, workshops and coaching options can be carried out online. But you can also have an onsite session, either here in Nuremberg or at your company – just let us know which you’d prefer!

    Yes! Our workshops and coaching sessions are perfect for that. Bring your own use case and our BPM coaches will support you with tailored advice.

    Most of our training options don’t require any special background knowledge. For more advanced courses or workshops, it helps to be familiar with the basics. You’ll find all the details in the course descriptions.

    That depends on the format: Courses usually last 4–6 hours; workshops are often shorter and more compact. Coaching sessions are fully flexible and scheduled based on your needs

    Most trainings are available in both English and German . Some material may only be available in German.
