    Well-Founded Introduction into Business Process Management

    This course will use real-life examples to give you a structured overview of the basics and methods of business process management. You will work together with the trainer to learn how to recognize and document  processes and use them within the BPM cycle; it’s the perfect beginners’ course to help you on your way to rolling out BPM within your company. This course is available solely to Bpanda customers and gives you the perfect starting point for your process management journey.

    What you can expect from the course

    This course will give you a solid introduction into Business Process Management (BPM). You’ll learn what business processes are, what BPM aims to achieve and how the BPM lifecycle works. The focus is on practical process identification: Together with the trainer, you’ll learn how to identify relevant processes within your company and document them systematically. You’ll also receive tried-and-tested best practices for implementation, along with additional materials for self-study.

    By the end of this course, you’ll have a solid understanding of BPM and be ready to take your first steps in process management.

    Structure & Method

    The course kicks off with a brief intro to the theory behind business processes and BPM. Then, through a mix of input and hands-on exercises, you’ll analyze real-life examples and directly apply process identification techniques. The trainer will also share comprehensive best practices, recommended reading and tips for diving deeper with you. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and tailor the content to your organization’s needs through direct interaction with the trainer.

    Bpanda training is for all users, teams and stakeholders who use Bpanda in their company – regardless of whether you’re a beginner or an experienced user; for BPM Managers, Process Designers and Process Users alike.

    Trainings are only available for existing Bpanda customers. If you’re not using Bpanda yet, you can test our web-based software for collaborative process management right now. Your trial account is free and automatically runs out after 30 days.

    You can book your desired course, workshop or coaching directly through your Customer Success Manager. Together, you’ll decide which training best supports you and your company. If you’re not sure who your CS Manager is, then simply contact the Customer Success Team at wecare@mid.de. One of our BPM experts will be in touch with you ASAP.

    Yes! All courses, workshops and coaching options can be carried out online. But you can also have an onsite session, either here in Nuremberg or at your company – just let us know which you’d prefer!

    Yes! Our workshops and coaching sessions are perfect for that. Bring your own use case and our BPM coaches will support you with tailored advice.

    Most of our training options don’t require any special background knowledge. For more advanced courses or workshops, it helps to be familiar with the basics. You’ll find all the details in the course descriptions.

    That depends on the format: Courses usually last 4–6 hours; workshops are often shorter and more compact. Coaching sessions are fully flexible and scheduled based on your needs

    Most trainings are available in both English and German . Some material may only be available in German.

    Prices vary depending on the number of participants and are calculated individually. Your Customer Success Manager will be happy to provide a personal quote.
