In this workshop, you’ll learn how to create structured, real-world process hierarchies and process maps in Bpanda. You’ll discover how to modify existing structures, model new process maps and develop drafts tailored to your organization. Working closely with your trainer, you’ll learn how to assign processes to the hierarchy, link process maps and manage templates – all using your own company examples. Focus lies in working with current examples within your company.
