Risk Management Templates
We’re sure you’ve already had a chance to create and save chances and risks for processes and individual tasks in Bpanda. Our March 16, 2020 release brings with it the option of creating templates for these. Simply use the risk management dashboard for this. This now includes the “Templates” tab. BPM managers can create and manage templates and controls here. This means that frequent risks and chances don’t have to be created as new for each process or task. BPM managers can also simply click on the template to see which processes it is used in and can jump directly to the respective process.
Process owners and collaborators can now select stored templates for risk analysis and don’t have to always create new chances or risks. The template title cannot be changed. Information such as owner, extent of damage etc. can be changed to suit the process requirement. You can also use a risk that has already been created as a template. So, get going and start making your own templates today!
