Managing Processes
Process owners are responsible for many processes. It is a good idea to know when these processes will end so that you can always keep track of them. As of our release from January 15, 2020, you can now sort your processes according to their validity period using our Manage Processes feature. You can use this to quickly carry out bulk changes. This saves you loads of time as you no longer need to carry out the action required (e.g. ‘start review’) for each process. Instead you can quickly and easily do this for any number of processes whose validity is about to expire. What are you waiting for? Give it a go!
Improved Selection of Roles and Permissions on the Process Page
Who is allowed to see my process within the company and who isn’t? Who is the owner in the current lane? These are key questions that every process owner has to deal with sooner or later. You previously only used to be able to add or exclude org. units, groups or individuals, but now there are a lot more options available. You can now either carry this action out individually or combined. This offers both a significant increase in granularity, as well as saving you a lot of valuable time. You no longer need to make a certain decision, but can pick and mix as you choose. The next logical step is, therefore, to promote this added value for you and make the selection between org. units, groups and users available within process management.
